The eastern zone of your house is ruled by Indra who is the god of weather and war, and he also has the power over the sun and sun has the power over our eyes, bones and blood circulation, so wehenever you feel weak this zone should always be preferred.

Zones like south east where the fire resides and the south zone where the god of death, Yama resides should clearly be avoided in the first trimester of your pregnancy.

While sleeping your head should face the southern direction because it can help in the opposition of the body and a good health being of the baby and the your own self.

Plants like Cacti or thorny plants should not be in your house when pregnant, plants like bonsai symbolises retarded growth and should also be kept away from the house,  Vastu has been said to be helpful in pregnancy and other issues related to it so follow the instructions and your pregnancy will be healthy.
